Processes and procedural programming

Try to identify analogues concepts in procedural programming languages for the following process management concepts:

• Activities (atomic/complex, manual/automated)
• Control flow (sequential, alternative, parallel)
• Input and output parameters of an activity
• Data flow between activities (data connectors)
• Control flow relevant Data flow
• Task assignment (roles, role resolution, worklist)
